Enrollment Information

Tuition Policy

  • Tuition is due each Monday for the current week.
  • No late fees, but prompt payment is expected.
  • Weekly tuition remains the same regardless of attendance.
  • One free vacation week per year after six months of enrollment.
  • A $50 registration fee is due each January per family, securing your child's spot for the upcoming school year.

State Regulations

  • A health form and a registration form are required for each child.
  • The health form must be on file within 30 days of enrollment.
  • The registration form is due on the first day.
  • Forms must be updated yearly or whenever changes occur.
  • All child records are confidential and privileged.

Health Policy

To keep our children healthy and safe, please do not send your child to daycare if they have:

✔ Fever of 101°F or above

✔ Diarrhea or vomiting

✔ A communicable disease (e.g., chickenpox, conjunctivitis)

If your child is sent home with a fever, they must stay home the following day and can return only after being fever-free for 24 hours.

Medication Policy:

  • Prescription drugs must be in the original container.
  • A prescription authorization form must be completed by the parent. (Forms are available in the infant room.)
  • Medications are stored in a secure cabinet in the infant room.
